■Ginger and Garlic paste
■GaramMasala powder (Spices)
■Coriander Powder(1 tspn)
■Cumin Powder(1 tspn)
■Red chili Powder(1 tspn)
■Turmeric Powder(1 tspn)
■Salt(according to taste)
■Heat oil in a pan.
■Saute the chopped onions in the pan till it turns brown
■Add Ginger and Garlic paste to it and saute it
■Add Tomato puree and curd to it.
■Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and saute it.
■While stirring add half boiled potato n saute it.
■Stir it till the oil is not separated from it.
■When the oil is separated add water and garam masala to it.
■Cook it for 10-15 mins.
■Serve it in the serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
